I don’t know what I need to get the best results. How can you help with that?

Our discovery call at the beginning takes care of all of that. We’ll work through your goals and needs to create a package that provides for you and your business.

Is this a one-off service or a monthly package?

Again – this depends on your needs so I provide both. As I’ve said before, the thing with content is it needs to be consistent and fresh. This means you have to keep generating more of it if you want to grow your business through content and digital marketing. Most clients book an initial 3-month package with me, which gives us both enough time to get into a flow and start to see benefits.

You may choose a few different options to make up your package or stick to one theme, whatever works best for you (and it can be changed to meet your needs the following month).

Other clients need my services for one-off or ad-hoc projects. I’m here to help with those too!

What is included in the package?

The package will be unique to your needs. Every business is different, so finding the right combination of services for you is my goal. Need some inspo? Take a look here {{link to scenario examples???}}

The content packages are probably not the right service for you. They work because we’ve aligned the plan with your goals and timelines and everything is agreed at the start of each month. Within reason, some things can change, but shifting direction completely will require more work so there’s a charge for this outside of the agreed bundle package at an hourly rate of £45.

If you’re trying a few things out, you might consider working with me on a per-project basis until you’re ready to commit to a monthly package.

Do I get to edit and check everything before it goes out?

Yes, absolutely. Your content has to feel right to you – it’s your business, after all.

I only start to work on content after we’ve agreed on it. When it’s completed, you will have 1 round of edits to change things. On completion, any significant changes are charged outside of the agreed package at an hourly rate of £65.

What is your payment process?

I ask for a part payment of 50% of the monthly fee if you are looking to secure time with me a few months in advance.

If we can get cracking straight away, the monthly fee is payable in advance for each calendar month.

For a project rate, it’s 50% of the fee upfront, 50% on completion. Each project is priced up individually before we start.

Will we need a contract?

For monthly packages, yes please! Having a contract makes the best business sense for any freelancer. I have a contract which I will amend to suit our circumstances. If it’s a one-off project I will ask you to sign a short booking form and payment is 50% in advance, 50% on completion.
